Dr. Simonas Grybauskas

Lithuania

Simonas Grybauskas acquired his Dental and Medical degrees and was certified for oral and maxillofacial surgeryl in Lithuania. After numerous fellowships worldwide he acquired positions of Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vilnius University and Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and he accepted the invitation to become a Visiting Professor at Ferrara University (Italy). At present Dr. Grybauskas devotes most of his time to orthognathic and reconstructive surgery. Main focus of research at present is virtual surgical planning and enhancement of accuracy in the surgical field. Dr.Grybauskas is dedicated to the development of orthognathic surgery in the Baltic States and was the host and organizer of the first and the second Baltic Sea Conference in Orthognathic Surgery and Orthodontics in 2009 and 2015.

DR. ELISABETTA GRENDENE

Italy

Dr Elisabetta Grendene graduated from the University of Verona – Italy Dental School in 2000, and she ended her orthodontic program at the University of Milan in 2006. She is a member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (SIDO). She attended several orthodontic courses as the Tweed study Course with Dr Klonz, Tucson Arizona in 2001, Two year clinical orthodontic program, Milan 2004-2006 with Dr RH Roth , Dr WE Williams, Dr R Cocconi, two year orthodontic-orthognatic master with dr W. Arnett, dr S. Shendel, dr D. Hatcher, dr T. Tanaka, dr Cocconi, Roccabado, Milan 2004-2006. She has been involved in the developing a 3D project with CBCT with Dr Hatcher and Dr Cocconi. She is instuctor in the FACE Tx counting education program. She collaborates with the University of Verona in the management of surgical cases. She works in her private practice in Verona Face XP Center.

Dr. Dalia Latkauskiene

Dalia Latkauskienė, DDS, Specialist in Orthodontics, Phd

Dalia Latkauskienė graduated cum laude from Kaunas University of Medicine, Department of Dentistry in 1999. After graduation, she continued her studies in Orthodontics at the same university. She obtained her specialist in orthodontics with honors in 2002. Dalia Latkauskiene has applied for Phd degree in 2004 and also continued as a lecturer for postgraduate programs in orthodontics in 2006-2007. She defended her Phd thesis „Herbst- effects on jaws and dental arches in growing Class II patients“ in 2013. Dalia Latkauskienė is currently working as clinical instructor for postgaduate orthodontic students in Lithuanian University of health sciences.

Dalia Latkauskienė is an international speaker. She has presented lectures, seminars and continuing education courses on crowned Herbst appliance, mixed dentition treatment, aligner treatment, adult orthodontics, multidisciplinary treatment and combined orhodontic-orthognatic treatment (together with maxillo-facial surgon S. Grybauskas DDS, MD, Phd) to dental and orthodontic organizations as well as conferences mostly in European Union, Russia and some other Eastern European countries. Dalia Latkauskienė has held in-office courses for local and foreign participants on the topics listed above.

She is author and co-author of several papers in international peer-reviewed journals.

Since 2002, Dalia Latkauskienė has been in full-time private practice. Currently she is practising in multidisciplinary clinics in capital and orthodontic center in Kaunas.

Prof. Lorenzo Trevisiol

Italy

Prof. Lorenzo Trevisiol is a MaxilloFacial Surgeon serving as Associate Professor in the Department of MaxilloFacial Surgery, University of Verona. Since the beginning of his career Prof. Trevisiol focuses most of his surgical and scientific practice on facial
dentoskeletal deformities and orthognathic surgery. Other fields of investigation developed by him regard traumatology, advanced implant surgery, biomaterials and oral pathology. Prof. Trevisiol has lectured in several meeting on all these topics. Furthermore he authored more than 100 scientific papers, including articles, chapters of books and monographs.

Member of the European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery and of the Italian
Society of Maxillo-Facial Surgery. Member of SORG Ev – Orthognathic section.
